Shipping

Printed to order. Packed like art.

Every plate is printed to order. Framed plates arrive boxed, glazed and ready to hang. Prints travel rolled in tissue in a sturdy tube; in the UK and Europe the smallest may travel flat in a stiff envelope. A rolled print lies flat again after a day under a book.

How long it takes

About a week to make your plate, then the carrier. Inside the United States, standard delivery takes three to five business days once it ships, and expedited delivery, a flat $39 per order at checkout, takes one to two. Everywhere else, allow five to eight business days once it ships. The checkout shows the dates for your address before you pay.

Where we ship

Shipping is included in every price. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Duties and taxes

Most plates are printed in the country or region they are going to, in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe or Australia, so most arrive with nothing to pay. A plate that has to cross a border to reach you, to Japan for example, may be charged import duty or tax by the country it arrives in, and that charge is the recipient's. In the United States, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. In the United Kingdom and the European Union, the price includes VAT.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link when your order ships. If a plate arrives damaged, see Returns.
