We reprint. You keep the misprint.

If a plate arrives damaged, or is not the plate you approved, we print it again at no cost and you keep the first one. This is the Plate Promise. Write to hello at isoline.golf within fourteen days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the plate (and the box, if it was damaged).

Because every plate is made to order from your own words, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. The Builder shows exactly what will print, so please read it before you pay.

Canceling an order

For one hour after ordering, the link in your order confirmation cancels the order and refunds it in full (for an order with a gift card in it, write to us instead). After that the plate goes to print and the order is final.
